About the platform
PayZure provides a workspace for coordinating payment-provider connections, merchant applications and supported verification workflows. The scope of each service depends on its configuration and any separate agreement. This draft does not replace a signed service agreement.
Accounts and responsibilities
Provide accurate information and use the platform only when authorized to act for your business. Protect passwords and keys, manage team permissions and notify the team of suspected unauthorized access. Never share credentials through inquiry forms.
Payment providers and verification
Provider approval and applicable agreements determine activation, supported markets and payment processing. PayZure application approval alone does not activate a provider service. A slip image or decoded QR does not establish payment; confirmation requires authorized provider evidence. Pending or unavailable results remain unconfirmed.
Fees and commercial terms
Review the price, currency, billable events and any credit, expiry or refund conditions in the applicable offer or agreement before activation. Provider fees and exchange rates may be governed by separate terms. This page does not set a price or guarantee a refund.
Acceptable use
Use only information and evidence you are entitled to submit. Do not upload harmful content, forge payment evidence, bypass access controls, interfere with services or use another merchant’s credentials. Report suspected misuse to the team.
Content and integration
You remain responsible for the accuracy and authorization of your submitted business information. Use the published integration documentation and protect secrets in your own systems. Third-party marks and services remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable terms.
Availability and issues
Service availability depends on configuration, maintenance and external providers. Do not treat an error or delayed response as successful payment or verification. Contact the team about incidents; response commitments and liability provisions must be specified in the applicable service agreement.
Changes and ending use
Changes to service conditions should be communicated through the applicable service channels. Contact the team about account closure or ending a service; obligations for existing records or transactions may continue. Applicable law, dispute procedures and detailed suspension terms require confirmation in the final agreement.
