01

What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information a website asks your browser to store to remember a state or preference. This policy describes the current PayZure implementation and should be read with the privacy policy.

02

Essential account cookie

payzure_session maintains login and account access. The system sets a 12-hour lifetime and removes it on logout. It is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, with Secure enabled outside development. Blocking it may prevent account features from working.

03

Language preference cookie

PAYZURE_LOCALE remembers your selected language. It uses SameSite=Lax and the current configuration sets no persistent lifetime. Browser session restoration may affect retention. Removing it may reset the site to a default or detected language.

04

Analytics and advertising

We use necessary account and language cookies. You can accept or reject additional cookies. No analytics or advertising tools are currently enabled. This choice does not disable necessary cookies.

05

Third-party services

When you follow a link to an external provider, that website’s cookies are governed by its policy. Any new embedded content or external tools in PayZure require review and updated information before activation.

06

Managing cookies

Use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, delete or block cookies. Removing the login cookie may require signing in again; removing the language cookie may require selecting your language again. Deleting cookies does not delete your account or merchant data. Your accept/reject choice is stored in browser Local Storage until cleared. Change it using Cookie settings on the homepage.

07

Policy updates

Update the cookie inventory when the system changes or services are added. Before publication, review the deployed environment and final wording against actual use.

08

Cookie questions

Contact the PayZure team through our contact page with the page and issue you encountered. Do not send cookie values, passwords or secret keys.
