Scope of this notice
This draft covers the PayZure website, merchant workspace, service applications and sales or investor inquiries. A payment provider’s own privacy notice applies to information it processes for its services.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, information may include your email, merchant and business details, submitted documents or slips, and inquiry contact details and messages. Account activity and service records are also stored. Do not submit unrelated personal or sensitive information.
How information is used
Information supports account access, merchant membership, application preparation, requested verification workflows, responses to inquiries, security and audit records. The applicable processing basis and purpose-specific notices must be confirmed for each activity before production use.
Sharing and cross-border connections
Access is limited to authorized users and administrators for their functions. If a service requires an external payment or verification provider, review the relevant recipients, information required and provider terms before connecting. Actual recipients, processing locations and transfer safeguards must be documented for that service.
Cookies and browser storage
The account system uses a session cookie to maintain login and protect access. Disabling essential cookies may prevent account features from working. Any future analytics or advertising tools require a separate review and appropriate notice or controls before activation.
Cookies policyKeeping information secure
The system uses password hashing, permission checks and additional MFA for administrator access. Submitted evidence and recoverable key secrets use encryption in the supported workflows. Keep your credentials private and contact the team if you suspect unauthorized access.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable obligations; audit and financial records may need to be retained after account closure. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures remain subject to review. Account closure does not imply immediate automatic deletion of all records.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Requests may require identity verification and are subject to the applicable law and exceptions. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
