12 questions
What is PayZure?
PayZure is a Thailand-based startup designing solutions to make payment-service preparation and provider coordination easier for businesses. The workspace supports service applications and related tools.
Does PayZure process payments itself?
PayZure focuses on connecting businesses with suitable providers. Payment processing, eligibility and activation depend on the selected provider and the applicable agreement.
Which businesses can use PayZure?
Online shops, service businesses and other merchants can discuss their needs with us. The suitability of a payment service depends on the business type and provider requirements.
Can PayZure help with cross-border payments?
Cross-border payment connections are part of our direction. Available countries, currencies and methods depend on the provider and actual service configuration; not every market is automatically supported.
How do I get started?
Create an account, verify your email and sign in. If your account is not yet linked to a merchant, contact our team about the next steps before preparing a service application.
Can I skip the provider’s documents?
No. Required documents depend on the provider and your business. Our goal is to help make preparation and coordination clearer, while the provider may still request additional information.
Does application approval mean the service is active?
No. A PayZure application status records progress in the application process. Provider activation and integration readiness must be confirmed separately before using a live service.
How long does an application take?
Timing depends on the provider, completeness of information and any follow-up requests. Contact the team about your application; we do not promise one fixed approval time for every service.
Does reading a slip or QR confirm payment?
No. An image or decoded QR is input for checking. Confirmation requires evidence from an authorized provider, with the relevant payment details reviewed.
What does pending or unavailable mean?
The payment is not yet confirmed. Do not treat a delayed result, error or unavailable provider as successful verification; wait for valid evidence or follow up with the team.
Can a merchant issue new API and MD5 keys?
Each merchant has one active API Key and MD5 Key pair, initially generated when the merchant is created. Merchants cannot issue replacements themselves; replacement is controlled by Superadmin. An authorized owner can reveal the pair after password confirmation.
Where can I check fees?
Contact the team about the service and usage you need. Review the applicable offer or agreement for prices, currency, billable events and any provider fees before activation.
